What are your hours?

Typically Mon-Sat: 11:30am - 7pm, Sun: 12pm - 7pm. If you are unable to stop by during these hours, feel free to call and set up an appointment. We are generally happy to work with what your schedule allows.

Where are you located?

We are located minutes from downtown Ann Arbor in the Shell Station at the corner of Jackson Ave and N Maple Rd, here.

Will I still be able to see the damage?

Yes. While we can generally restore about 90% of the visibility to the damaged area, the main purpose of the repair remains to preserve the windshield's structural integrity and prevent the damage from spreading further. See our "How it Works" section for a more in depth view of the repair process.

How long does it take?

The average repair time is 15 minutes, though it can be slightly less or more depending on the severity of the damage.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. We stand behind each and every repair completed. If for any reason a repair completed by Zippy Chip fails and the damage continues to spread, we will do a free touch up repair.

Do you do replacements?

No, we are a repair only shop. Asking a glass technician whether you need a repair or a replacement is like asking, "Would you like me to pay you normally or would you like me to double that?" Being a repair only shop takes away the pressure a customer might feel from being sold on a more expensive procedure while at the same time allowing our technicians the maximum opportunity to keep their repair skills sharp.

How long will the repair last?

Our repairs are guaranteed for the life of the windshield.
